Keeping Fit!!

Besides the stress and all the headaches you're going throughout the month/year, Bangkok has organizations that organize events that would make your problems disperse. Yes, I assure you that this is going to be fun. As for me, this is something new and I have enjoyed the recent event. Now, if you're wondering what I am talking about it’s the "Marathon".

If you think you can't run, you can sign up for the Run for health--a 5 kilometers run/walk. Most people would start with a 5 kilometers run. If you're fitter that you think there are more challenging one that starts from 10 – 42 kilometers. As for me a 5 kilometer run would be enough (ha ha ha—I need more exercise).

There are different runs throughout the year, and yes the pictures I’m posting are the ones from the Standard Charted Marathon 2009. I find it interesting as you’ll be running with the unfortunate/disable. And of course if you have the legs and you’re not trying shame on you!!! … I repeat shame on you!!!, coz you are not using what God have given you.

Well I hope to see you in one marathon … and yes support support the charity … they need your help … so please help...
